The smoke generator bin is fully done as well. Internals were patterned off of originals.
I also decided to stencil on a FMCO42 and the part number onto the wooden battery hold down/cover. I thought it looks good and figure its just another detail.
Lastly I rebuilt my original fuel tank. This involved sloshing muriatic acid around inside to remove the rust and lots and lots of flushing with water and baking soda. This opened up 3 very small pin holes so I soldiered them back up. I then used the fuel tank liner from Mac's Auto and the gas tank etch. Everything worked very well and I did 2 coats of the liner in the tank. Im very happy with the results. I also added the No2 Cooker tray.
