No, but they do tend to stick when they have sat and been wet.... I managed to get mine off by using a large fork tool. Heat will help, if you get the thing nice and warm then quench it, heat it up again it should break the rust off it.
Also the stand off rings behind it, keep them together and labelled from which side they came from.... It matters a whole lot
