if you discount chassis size and wheels I think the differences are pretty limited. There's springs - rear C30 has 12 leafs C60S 18 and have helpers, C30 has 4 clips C60S 6.

To quote the MB-C1 manual - "The Model C-30... is similar to the C60-S except for load capacities. The C60-S is equipped with additional rear spring leaves to allow for a greater load."

I assume the Fords followed this pattern. I wasn't aware the steering knuckles were different, I thought all 4wds were the same.
