[Garry Shipton (RIP)]

I was flipping the TV remote Saturday afternoon & caught the opening ceremony for 9/11 at the Notre Dame university football game,where their highlanders from the band raised the Stars & Stripes before the game.They are wearing full dress with tall stovepipe shaped fur shakos.They look like they just rented the uniforms off the shelf from a costume store.The kilts are too long,hanging down below their knees,some too big for the wearers,their hair sporrans hanging down below the knee,the white belts & cross belts haanging down loosely below their waist lines.
Someone's gotta go down & volunteer their services in getting these guys to look proper,at the same time suggesting they get proper highland feather bonnets!!
