I have been following this post with keen interest for its entertainment value.
I would like to be there myself, if I can I will, but its rather funny watching a bunch of grown men decide on what time is best for a party.

We all know that you will only please some people some of the time, and never all the people all the time.
My mantra, pick a date, thats it, thats all. Whoever comes out great, those who really want to will, those who can will, those who can't won't.
I would put money on it that being democratic among a group of more than two when planning a party will seldom work. Christmas will be over before you guys decide.
