They'd likely ship them , but it is possible. But there are US troops in Canada like the sub base on the west coast and Goose bay and some radar stations and others I am sure. Maybe for them too. When I drove through the Yukon last year it was memorable for the lack of Highway tractors because most of the stuff comes up the BC coast on ships and ferries. Faster and cheaper that way.
