Hey Richard!

Yeah, it was in fairly good shape, and I didn't see any heavy repairs needed. It was basiclly a stripped shell, but a good stripped shell, without all the buggerising that happens through the years.

I first saw it at 0900hrs, then went to photograph it about 30min later and the SOLD sign was already there!

Met my mate Andy there, who is a member of both the MJCQ and MLU. When I arrived, Andy told me about a replica MG for sale at $300. By the time we walked to that seller some minutes later, it was sold already.

I thought the tyre chains (16" tyres) for $10 each, was just ridiculously cheap too. You couldn't buy the chain for that, surely.

Next year, I take more $$$ with me.
My pal Andy had to loan me a few quid today, so I could buy the .50 Cal MG turret I was after. Cheers for that Andy.
