Not a Stuart. Not an M3. But, there are several hundred M4 and M32 chassis' in service in BC, Alaska and the Northwest US as logging spar yarder platforms. They have been heavily modified, and are now on the decline for state of the art equipment. To my mind, that means prices are down and spare parts are plentiful. Some other odd-ball chassis' can be identified in the photos, like High Speed Tractors, ARVs and other non AFVs.
A project vehicle could be built from the ground up on an existing armour plate hull, with a rebuilt final drive, choice of vertical or horizontal volutes, steel or rubber tracks, and a new-built superstructure. No signs of any turrets anywhere, but maybe a replica Kangaroo, Priest, M8 or ARV.
