Replacing the front portion of the floor, I can't duplicate the ribbing so I went a gauge up to make up the rigidity.

Earlier this summer I posted a link to a forum with a fellow doing sheet metal work on old cars. He describes forming ribs with a female mould and a judiciously applied hammer on a male die. The same effect can be done with a roller swaging tool, but after doing 4 feet of rib on one panel, it doesn't have any other use.
