Bill I think you will find that you are wrong. Just because one purchases a book does not mean that you automaticly own the copywrite to whats in it.
Same as my model magazine articles. The magazine purchases the article to put in their publication but copywrite of pics and the article still belong to me.
So unless the pic was originly his he can't claim copywrite.
