Third Salvation Army is a little odd, looks like a WK heavy duty 3 ton extra long wheelbase, 160" or more - does have the towel rail front bar normally found on Canadian trucks built for Commonwealth army.
Fourth one, the milk truck, is a classic 1941-47 step-down milk truck on a WF chassis, maybe WF-32
To me, only the fourth one looks Boyertown and only the third one has a military truck somewhere in the basic structure.
