1 and 5 look home made, 4 is a proper coach built job and 2 looks like a transplant from a standard 3 ton. All could be T110L or T222 based if short enough
Number 3 is really rare in that it is an export chassis cowl bodied with Australian or Indian pattern locally built body. It isn't a T110L though
