The Canadian Flag Decals were CF issue, but my connect has run dry. That being said, the size is common, so you should be able to buy something fairly easily i'd think. 3"x6"?
The Radio Warning Decal came from Rob Teslia from the 31 CER Kit Shop. I don't have his contact info handy, but a quick internet search should yield something.
