Reminds me of a joke:
"A guy has just come back from the Hospital after having tests that revealed that that his worrying lump was actually a fully functioning third testicle. He was quite chuffed about this and couldn't wait to tell someone, but didn't know just how to raise the subject. On the bus home, he sat next to a scrawny Nerd, who nervously glanced about. After sitting quietly for several blocks, he was unable to restrain himself, he wispered to the Nerd "Psst. Did you know that, between us, we have Five testicles?" The Nerd's eyes widened in surprise and he said (in a high falsetto voice)"FIVE! My word Sir, you must have quite a cluster!"
