So how's the book coming along, David? I have sent my e-mail address and postal address to Prof. Earnshaw months ago, but have not received any confirmation of my interest. It would be good, too, to have some advert leaflets as the Christmas gift-buying period approaches, I can leave lots lying around for the wife to find!
