It's a C15A. The C15 was the 4X2 version. As for the extra cross member, all Chevs I've seen here have the winch cross member. Fords do not, unless they were originally equipped with a winch.
As the Chev cabs built here are unique to Australian production you're better off sourcing those parts elsewhere.
The other alternative is to come here and buy a complete truck!
