It was after dark when I drove past on my way home. As for harm it looks like the left mirror is broken, it apears to have hit the ground on its side and righted itself against the bank. There is grass on the mirror arm and the barb is over the cab corner and one steel post is almost out of the ground. The driver is probably suffering RSI from the paper work.
