That's the easy answer, with the exception you mention of not only the Kiwi C8AX but all C8As which have 6 stud wheels. And what about the F8 with it's 13" rims? Anyone care to clarify the stud pattern there?

Wheels taken off a Chev Blitz go straight onto a Ford. In my experience with a Cab 12 F60L and a F15 2WD.

The only variation I can think of is if you've got a Kiwi truck with Clarke diffs, then they have different wheel stud spacings and therefore different rim's.
