Congrats, HUPs of any kind are a good find.
I too ended up making a purchase over the phone from prefair today, but pickup will wait until the spring.
That's an amazing store, I wish it was closer to here. Mind you, we have Westbourne, but the winter kind of limits purchases to only 6 months out of the year.
