Army part number is 6MT1/SM/97PG/156. You could contact Speedograph Richfield who specialise in Smiths instruments, the 97PG would be the part number and 156 denotes length of tube in inches.
There was a batch of these on ebay last week. I'm not sure of the tube length, my needs are 192" and 240" but they were quite long. Unfortunately, I did not win any of them.....
