Canadian vehicles were the same colours as British vehicles in NWE. Here they were usually a basic colour of SCC 2 (brown) with a pattern known as 'Mickey Mouse Ears' in SCC1A (very dark brown) or black. The scheme is formerly known as MTP46/4A. Google this to see illustrations. In spring 1944 a green shade, SCC15 Olive Drab came into use and many front line vehicles had the SCC 2 colour repainted with SCC 15, the camouflage pattern remained
For Italy A basic colour of Light Mud with a pattern of black was used on many 15cwt trucks. This pattern is not MTP46 but one specifically for Italy. The NWE colours were also normal for Italy too from 1943 till 1945. As I recall the Tamiya instructions tell you to paint dark yellow, this is supposed to be Light Stone fro desert use. Their suggested colour is wrong, too dark. The green is probably SCC 15 or US Olive Drab only which is correct but again their suggested colour is wrong.
