You'll just have to get approval from Navcan, Transport Canada , Winnipeg Airport Authority, put two red lights on the building, take a Restricted radio License (Aviation) [I can certify you for that I am qualified] know your Radio telephony, install a certified Kollsman altimeter in your house and a generator to operate the radios incase of power outtage. Don't forget that you have to be refresher trained every two years and have your radios and altimeter recertified annually. No problems at all, you should be popping corn in the microwave within two years, tops.
