This is not stock, originally would have had a special PTO air compressor accessory mounted. This could of been the hydraulic pump drive for your hydraulics I see mounted in the cab.

In WW2 they would often air down the tires for greater traction then after would air them back up as needed.

There should also be an air line connection point left front frame rail above the axle.

They would have used a long rubber line with a gauge from there to the tires.

Just an educated guess is your FAT would be 43-44 vintage, wooden steering wheel, thinner side window metel frames, longer supports for the front tip out windows.

Check your engine build tag, right hand side block at fuel pump.
Original engines were 216, also might have a replacement engine with more info. and possibly dated.
