Part number
It is indeed the part number for the left hand front bogie bracket. the casting is damaged, and should read "TL13256" This is the early one with the sprung loaded ratchet arm. The book says "not to be demanded. Order part CO1UC-105092"
Richard, I believe SOME of the Bogie bracket assemblies were fabricated. Most were cast. The bed rails in a British carrier are made from channel steel (sharp outer corners), and the Canadian ones are channel formed by rolling, leaving the outer corners "rounded"
