I have four sprockets and they are all in the same condition. I don't know what they looked like new so any opinions as to how much wear there is?
The two tracks off my original hull have 161 links and the tracks off this one have 163 links so they'd all be usable. I take it that 158 links is the magic number where they need replacing.
I can likely fix the divider plate behind the driver using the one off my original hull and replace the back half of the front slope plate then there's just the armour and engine covers.
With the original one I got a seized engine, a transmission, and a couple of good gas tanks minus fuel gauge senders. All the road wheels on that one are pretty good too.
I have several good 100 hp flathead engines plus three 255 Mercs. If I thought it needed the extra power I could put the Merc crank and pistons in a 239 block with the divers bell distributor and have 130 hp. They originally had 85 hp so there'd be quite a difference.
There'll be quite a few small parts I'll need, but then again, who knows what I'll stumble across next!!
