Well, thanks, but I live in a very small (but overpopulated) country, and there is only one other country where they partly speak Dutch, so in general the Dutch speak their foreign languages well. Like English, German, French (our direct neighbours) to a varying degree and other European languages like Spanish, depending on where the Dutch go on holiday.
I happened to have picked up a few Swedish words when visiting friends recently. That, and online translation applications help tremendously. . .
