No, the instrument dash panel came with a collection of parts and a rolling chassis (134") that have been broken down and sorted into useful piles of rusty iron. Interestingly, the axles were the late type with tie-down flanges on the hubs. This matches the '45 build date, but jars with the '42 supply date of the contract! Go figure!!
