SWB yes, FFR, perhaps (looks like 25 or 77 set handles in the shadows). Oficially a FFR it is not, but it may have had one in place for use.
here is another view of that vehicle. looks like it has a platform in place to hold a radio temporarily. probably to aid in recovering broken down vehciles as this was a workshops vehicle
As for the seats in the back, all 2a GS SWB land rovers had them fitted from the factory, and I think the Command Recon Series 2's did as well.
