It is a 1941 ex-mil model 11Y van, with a 122"wb (I think the spare tyre on your car trailer might have thrown Keith's ID a bit!). The variants included a 1 Ton GS Van, 1 Ton Wireless Signals Van, 1 Ton Cable-laying Van, 1 Ton Office Van, and 1 Ton Battery Staff Van, so the body styles varied. You can see some variations in this thread.
