It does indeed have a hinged(pop out) windscreen and on the passenger side door there is a paint shadow highlighting where a cross shaped bracket was mounted. There are also 3 stake nuts in the door to accept this (unknown) bracket. Of interest, all of the die cast Ford bling has been painted over. Also there is no sign of chrome anywhere. There should be an ID plate on the firewall identifying what model but as Keith said it appears to be a 1941. More then likely it could be a 1 ton utility type vehicle which had a style side ute type body on the rear similar to the AWM picture below..
