Those little brackets hold down the back of the seat frame which extends about one inch each side, and the wider bracket holds the front edge of the seat base, out of sight under the seat itself. Any pic????????
Could the window frame be from a HUP rear door? it come frome a C60L
Does the floor bracket behind the seat have a raised edge? Yes
