Hi, Richard to get it down the drive way I will just shackle it up and tow it with me 4x4, it rolls freely with the drivers drive shaft removed. You are welcome to come any time to take some pics and measure it up. I have looked at alot of carriers mostly canadian ones with the armour cut off in the uk, which have been restored with british armour put on. It seems most running carriers in the uk I have come across are canadian. was this to do with the lend lease ones being kept and the british ones being scrapped?. The armour on this is 100% original so is a good reference to measure up.
Barry, I am located in Lowestoft Suffolk the most easterly point in England. I plan to start work on this one straight away as the tank hunter hasent any corrosion so can wait whilst I stop the decay on this one by getting it stripped and blasted asap.
