I would pay for photocopying costs and shipping. I am trying to get a manual from another source but a duplicate wouldn't hurt.

Mine also has crystals in the 5 MHz range but since it goes 2-12 MHz, it should cover a the 75, 60 and 40 mtr bands with the proper crystals and interconnections. It should go anywhere in that range. The US also has a 60 mtr channelized band so the easiest "conversion" would be to that band (it's also USB there so any CP-34 should work there). With a manual, it would be easier to figure out the crystal frequency if it is a single or double conversion unit or whatever. Plus the different interconnection (for lack of a better word) areas are a little hard to figure out.
