That would make sense as far as all the manuals go Kevin, but there are 3 carriers I've seen in NZ with that dash, and one in OZ and all are definatly English built with what appear to be original dash's. Who knows what they got up to during production? Maybe something about carriers destined for Downunder? I'm sure it will need the toggle switches now. Have never recieved payments through paypal but yeah I'm sure I'll work it out. Fast or slow post? Will Email address to you soon for the CD.
