C8 seat colour
 

I've been checking the C8 parts list and the 1A2 parts list to see what colours the seats were issued in. Each of the parts lists just show the one option for the seat covers. However, the C8 list shows light stone and matte green as options for the side curtains and door pillar weatherstrips. The 1A2 seats were covered in a brown leatherette material whether the truck was light stone or matte green. I've seen pictures of restored 8 cwts with light stone, matte green, and D T brown seats. If they were only offered in one colour, which colour would it be?

This is the original leatherette material used on the 1A2 seats. To give an idea of scale, this image is 7 inches wide. I also have a tattered piece of the front seat that I undid the stitches to get at the most protected parts and it looks like it was light stone. This was on a khaki coloured truck that likely never left Canada.

I have a couple of well used cab 11 / 12 side curtains in the green .

The piece Max lent me is a olive green colour , different to the side curtains , the wind sealer that presses/clips onto the outer windscreen frame .
