Help with identification

I came across this forum while searching for info on this chassis. It has recently arrived in the scrapyard next to a firend's yard in New Zealand and I wondered if anyone could help identify it. To my inexperienced eyes, it looks like a late 30s or war time British WD chassis, possibly Leyland? Any thoughts, much appreciated.

Not Leyland

It's not Leyland

But it may be the remains of a Guy FBAX

Mega rare shame there’s not more of it to see.

Mike, I wonder if you could help with your Guy manual, (or maybe someone else can identify this number). The rear diff of the tandem drive on this chassis has the part number BAX34/10R and the front diff has the number BAX34/10F. Does this make sense to anyone at all.
Cheers

Dave, do you have any contact details for the person in NZ with similar models? This one is in Ashburton in the South Island. It seems a few came to this area and they had searchlight generators on them. Some were converted to tipper trucks, etc but they were generally found to be underpowered and many ended up as farm trailers, as this one has been. These would have have side valve 4 cyl motors?
Thanks for any help with this.
