I really "enjoyed" (strange word that doesn't quite describe my appreciation) reading about his experiences. All of his comments about all sorts of things were really informative. I love when these people tell their stories and memories. Real people, who were really there ... amazing people, our WW2 Vets, or our Vets in general who go off to fight and protect the rest of us ...

Regards the cold temps, it's to hit -25 or -27 Wed ... I'll freeze my little heinie off on my way to see a local specialist that day (a little "looksee" day surgery coming up in Dec methinks) ... but meanwhile, for the cold, I'll have lots of Tim Horton's to keep me warm for some time to come, so Old Man Winter can have at 'er . I've got my TH and smokes, I'll be hunky-dory :smoker: :D
