Thin Plate?
Brad
In picture 8 of front shutter you posted What is that thin upright plate in the middle of the viewing window for? Regards Barry :confused |
Barry
Its so you can aim the thing.
Mike, the thick spacers go in between the outer plate and the inner plate, to allow for the thickness of the front armour. cheers, Lynn. As you are talking about window frames, be aware that there are left and right ones. |
Thanks for the info lynn , still i'm confused , it must be me, Brad when you do up your Shutters let me know step by step since you have the same kits as I do , thanks

oh yes one more thing how does the shutter work with the plexi glass insert in it? wouldnt the bolts connecting the 2 front and back plate prevent it from moving up and down , and another thing, the knob, to change positions is it spring loaded or do you need to screw open and close to set it? and what is "the Pin & Plunger"

The vision slots in the front armour have two cut outs in them that allow for the bolts and spacers to pass.
