RAF jeep fire truck

Near the end of the war and just after, the RAF converted Willys or Ford jeeps as crash rescue trucks on airfields.

Does anyone have any photos of these vehicles in service or any reference material related to them?

Any leads appreciated. thanks.

Here is a Canadian one at Base Borden. Let me know if you want a hi-res scan.

Clive,

Thanks for the picture, although it is not what I am searching for. That jeep has a pump mounted on the front and suction hose, etc., probably to get to fires in the camp that were not accesible with bigger vehicles.

The RAF one I am searching for was purely intended to be first on scene at air crash landings to remove the crew and carried relevant rescue equipment, plus ladder and foam extinguishers.
