Im wondering if not e recognizes this type of extinguisher?

If you Google "Vintage Brass Fire Extinguishers Collectors" several clubs pop up and some of them are on Facebook. They might be able to ID that brand of carbon tea extinguisher for you.

It looks a lot like a "General Detroit" one(?)

P.s. at first I thought it might be a decontaminator in stead, but these seem to be a bit longer. than the one in Ed's picture. Both were manufatured by General Detroit though and top and hanle seem to be the same.
