Ian

That Ford semi looks like it was part of the Ian Styles collection ? I put Ian onto the Ford army semi-trailer at Caragabul , I had seen it in 1979. It's an older restoration, not a 'barn find' original.

Ian was a avid collector / restorer of WW2 vehicles , mainly Fords . We first met Ian many years ago , he ran a wheat farm West of Forbes NSW. He restored two LP M.G. Aust. carriers and a Marmon H gun tractor , a neat 1941 Ford army utility and much more. Ian lost a leg in a farm accident in 1986.

Sad to see the collection broken up , but hopefully, it's all gone to good homes.
Ian found a Guy gun tractor and I was writing to him with info on the Temora Guy gun tractors.
