1941 Australian Bren Gun Carrier LP2/2A
 

For Sale – Sth Aust Railways 1329 LP2

Up for sale is my Dad’s Bren Gun Carrier, recovered in the mid 1980s, partly/mostly restored to running condition. Last driven in the early to mid 1990s and then parked up as Dad wanted to convert it to an automatic.
This conversion used brackets so that the engine rails were not cut or modified. This part of the project was never finished and now Dad it too old to finish this and I do not need another Bren Gun Carrier.
Vehicle has probably driven no more than 100 km in the last 30 years. Stored in a workshop during this time.
Vehicle rolls on its track and suspension system. Can be tilt tray loaded easily.
Can also be stored until collected (by negotiation)

All running gear rebuilt, tracks all re-pinned and diff rebuilt. Many parts included so that it is a 80-90% complete project.
