CDLV 241/242 transmission skid paltes
 

Hi guys! A query regarding CDLV 241/242 transmission skid paltes. I wonder if you have an opinion, or better evidence, what might be correct for this contract. Unfortunately, mine is missing the plate. Some say it would have been the MA type A-543 (as pictured in the CDN manual, albeit showing an MA frame), others suggest that it was the one piece one A-1253, less the holes for the exhaust pipe protection piece introduced later and bolted to the frame rail and plate. Following the link below, you find some info and pics. It seems that (from recent pictures) 119817 has the MA type installed, but that might have been added in the restoration process. It seems easy to make one and Jeepdraw would have the drawing, but if it would be the wrong one, why bother?
