Trucks identification need

On a site on the french armoured vehicles i have found these pics of trucks (Dodge?) with a gun on the rear

What is the truck?
What is the gun?

truck looks like a Dodge D60L. Sorry have no idea on the gun type.

Oh, the gun is a French 37mm gun, quite old at the time...
