Not sure if this is a 'colourized' pic . The darker disruptive colour appears to be either dark tarmac or faded black. The pic is also out of copyright. The spare tyre is the typical early US chevron pattern, would have been a little slippery on the Brisbane tram lines. Having driven a Jeep fitted with bar treads on Melbourne's tram lines, been there , not recommended !
