PM Sent regarding the part - Darcy

quick question about the actual mount itself, was it only for ferret or was it used on other British fighting vehicles??

rob love 29-09-16 17:44

Others including Canadian use. It was on the Canadian M113 Lynx if I recall correctly.

^ Just the cradle and fitting to hold the ammo box, the rest of the bits where not used on the Lynx C and R.

Hi Brad, did you receive my PM?

Darcy

Would this be a "correct" mount for a FV432 or Centurion, Chieftain?

rob love 30-09-16 14:32

The mount is correct for the centurian. The base plate which held the mount on a ferret mk1 was actually a centurian item.

not for 432 Rob?

Brad Mills 03-10-16 03:22

Guys,

Mounts are now all sold in the order the PM's arrived. Thanks to all.

More to come...

I can't say for sure John, it has been a lot of years since I had my FV432.
