Minor description correction: should be F&F, not F&E.

F&F = Field and Fortress, F&E = Furniture and Equipment.

That is indeed very rare and your asking price is very reasonable.

If I was still collecting, I'd snap that up in a heart beat.

I've had experience operating on this equipment.

Did you know that three of them could be ganged together making it a 180 line board.
