Thanks for that Tony. Amazing that he could get things exactly the same in size and scope. It was also interesting to see a sign in English.

Thare is a member on the AULRO forum "lebanon" where he lives who was introduced to the AWM photo archive.

He merged a 1940 image of an underpass on the Beruit to Tripoli railway (built by Australian Engineers) with one taken recently (the location is near his home)

He had promised to do more but none so far.
