Wanted: Headlight rims for a 13 cab Chev

I need a pair of 13 cab Chevrolet headlight rings for my C8A. If you have something available, please PM or email me. Thanks for looking.

I believe the headlight rings used on the cab 13 were standard on many Chev and GMC trucks from 41-46.
It may not be the way you want to go and are already aware of them but Jim Carter Antique Trucks have them. Unfortunately they are chromed and $30 ea. They also have the rubber ring and retainer clips.

Hi David,

Thanks for the suggestion. Actually I was prepared to go that route last week and just paint the available chrome or stainless. However upon comparing the actual size found the repro ones are just a bit smaller than the CMP ones. Also the mounting screw hole is in a different location. So the search continues - they will turn up eventually.

I do have a pair of nos rims in the shed James but label is missing....they are military but probably early Series 1 landrover.....but can send if you need them reghards malcolm :teach:
