Abandoned Bren Rumour
 

Hi Chris,
Yes, too bad but luckily, it isn't a large component ,so mailing shouldn't be too expensive.
I heard a "ghost story" about an abondoned Bren Gun Carrier on the west side of Lake Commanda, at a hunt camp, on a snowmobile trail. I haven't had a chance to get close to Restoule to check it out. Have you heard of anything like this?

I have been beating bushes looking around these parts and have not heard of that one.
Seems most stories of old vehicles around here are many years if not decades old...

Sold - Steering Box - Ghost Stories

I was notified that the steering box housing was quickly sold. With regards to the bren ghost story, I was told about the Commanda Lake bren about 13 months ago. I haven't had a chance to call around about it. There is a lodge on the lake that might know some info about it, especially if they are snowmobilers.
